About the role: This role involves managing and optimising digital media budgets across various countries and channels including pay-per-click (PPC), social media, and programmatic advertising. The Performance Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to improve media performance and for coordinating cross-channel initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage digital media budgets effectively across multiple countries.
  • Oversee PPC, social, and programmatic campaigns to maximise performance.
  • Engage in cross-channel strategy development and implementation.
  • Monitor and analyse media performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all media strategies align with business objectives.

Role requirements:

  • Strong project management skills to effectively oversee multiple campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel for budget management and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools to interpret and utilise media performance data.
  • Experience with ad server technology for effective campaign management.
  • Capable of financial ownership, including processing POs and financial bookings using systems like Prisma.
