This role is to manage a small team and our InterpretersLive! service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid, trusting and professional relationship with our video clients and Interpreters.
  • Provide technical and other support to Interpreters and clients.
  • Organise resources to deliver our on‑demand service effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience in reporting software and informative client MI reporting.
  • Client and contract management.
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for support from various simultaneous communication channels.
  • Review and report service utilisation to plan for resource requirements.
  • Understand and meet the diverse needs of our clients and Interpreters.
  • Oversee platform development relationships/roadmap.
  • Implementation and set up of InterpretersLive! clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an operational role.
  • Willingness to be office based in Redditch.
  • British Sign Language skills (Preferred/not mandatory).
  • Understanding of the platform to provide customer and interpreter support.
  • Excellent communication skills whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time/team efficiently.
  • Team player.
  • Strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Experience of Power BI and Excel.
  • Resilience in fast paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be UK residents and have permission to work in the UK.
  • In addition, you are required to hold or undertake a DBS check for roles within Sign Solutions.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary dependent on experience £30,000 - £35,000.
  • 37.5 hour week Monday - Friday.
