This role is to manage a small team and our InterpretersLive! service.
Responsibilities
- Develop a solid, trusting and professional relationship with our video clients and Interpreters.
- Provide technical and other support to Interpreters and clients.
- Organise resources to deliver our on‑demand service effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in reporting software and informative client MI reporting.
- Client and contract management.
- Respond in a timely manner to requests for support from various simultaneous communication channels.
- Review and report service utilisation to plan for resource requirements.
- Understand and meet the diverse needs of our clients and Interpreters.
- Oversee platform development relationships/roadmap.
- Implementation and set up of InterpretersLive! clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an operational role.
- Willingness to be office based in Redditch.
- British Sign Language skills (Preferred/not mandatory).
- Understanding of the platform to provide customer and interpreter support.
- Excellent communication skills whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
- Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time/team efficiently.
- Team player.
- Strong problem solving capabilities.
- Experience of Power BI and Excel.
- Resilience in fast paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
Eligibility
Applicants must be UK residents and have permission to work in the UK. In addition, you are required to hold or undertake a DBS check for roles within Sign Solutions.
