As a Supply Chain Assistant, you should have strong administrative experience, ideally with some exposure to stock control or supply chain, and be numerate with excellent communication skills. This is an analytical role that requires focus to maintain high accuracy.

This position is open to both part-time and full-time applicants. For part-time, the company prefers 2-3 days per week, with flexibility except for Fridays, which you must commit to.

Hours: 9am – 5pm, with an hour for lunch

Purpose: To ensure sufficient stock levels to meet customer orders by analyzing historical usage reports, along with administrative tasks related to purchasing and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock analysis through report generation
  • Reporting out-of-stock items
  • Handling returns and faulty products
  • Booking goods in upon arrival
  • Building relationships with suppliers
  • System maintenance and general admin
  • Supporting the Supply Chain Manager
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and computer literacy
  • Building internal and external rapport
