Working closely with People Leaders and Career Coaches based in London, you will provide support to employee groups across the UK. Reporting to the CPO and partnering with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Learning & Development, this role will play a key part in shaping and enhancing the People offering across the UK RES and Operations teams.
You will deliver high‑quality HR guidance and support to your client group, proactively identifying future needs and ensuring the business supports colleagues effectively while maintaining best practice and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a key advisor to managers across the business.
- Provide high‑quality HR guidance and support on employee relations and people matters.
- Support the delivery of performance management and talent review processes to drive a high‑performance culture.
- Partner with People Operations to manage employee queries and ensure alignment with employment law and best practice.
- Support career development initiatives, including coaching, promotions, and succession planning.
- Coordinate graduate programmes, professional qualifications, and local learning & development initiatives.
- Deliver people insights, reporting, and support wider people projects across the business.
- Support recruitment activity, including graduate hiring and partnering with Talent Acquisition on local market insights.
- Contribute to the growth and development of teams and offices across the UK and internationally.

- Proven experience operating at Senior HR Advisor or People Business Partner level, with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience within a Professional Services environment, ideally within Consultancy or Advisory.
- Experience supporting graduate programmes, preferably including ACA trainees.
- Commercially minded with the ability to partner effectively with the business.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Confident communicator, able to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a client group independently.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
- Comfortable constructively challenging senior stakeholders where appropriate.
- Experience supporting change initiatives and people‑related projects.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workable, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
