About Interpath Value Creation: Interpath’s Value Creation practice is a high‑growth, international team, who focus on hands-on execution while driving tangible and lasting impact to clients. We operate across 4 pillars of expertise: CFO Advisory, Profit and Cash Flow Improvement, Operational Deal Services and Deals Strategy, and we work with listed corporates, private equity funds, large corporates, and government bodies. We support clients who need to improve performance, unlock value, and accelerate transformation. We use data‑driven insight to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and deliver sustainable performance improvement.

The Opportunity: Following the appointment of several new Managing Directors, we are expanding rapidly and seeking talented individuals to help drive our ambitious growth plans.

As an Associate Director, you will:

  • Lead client analysis across multiple sectors to diagnose root causes of underperformance
  • Develop actionable recommendations and support implementation to deliver lasting impact
  • Support business development — attend client meetings, contribute to proposals, and shape competitive tenders
  • Drive product innovation to ensure our propositions remain cutting‑edge
  • Enhance delivery quality and strengthen Interpath’s market reputation

Requirements: We are looking for individuals with:

  • Extensive experience in value creation or performance improvement within a leading consulting or advisory firm
  • Professional qualification (e.g., Chartered Accountancy) and a strong academic background
  • Hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex issues
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills
  • Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, or similar analytics tools (preferred but not essential)
