Assistant Manager – Data Analytics

Interpath is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Manager to join our growing Data Analytics team within the Data & Technology consulting group. The role will deliver comprehensive analytics solutions that drive insights and decision‑making for clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Develop analytical methodologies and frameworks for client engagements.
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients, effectively communicating results and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and support junior analysts within the team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consulting or advisory context.
• University degree 2.1 or higher (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with statistical analysis methodologies and data visualization techniques.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for data analytics and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

Advantageous Competencies (Not Essential)

• Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices.
• Experience in client‑facing roles and delivering presentations.
