Manager – Transaction Services

Interpath is seeking a highly motivated Manager for our Transaction Services team in London.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, including prominent private equity and corporate entities.

As a Manager, you will work closely with industry leaders in a dynamic and entrepreneurial Deal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) reports.
  • Evaluate Quality of Earnings to pinpoint extraordinary income and costs that impact underlying earnings.
  • Analyse and benchmark Net Working Capital (NWC) based on historical trends.
  • Identify debt‑like items through an in‑depth review of balance sheets and off‑balance‑sheet arrangements.
  • Critically assess target forecasts, highlighting possible risks and opportunities.
  • Engage in client meetings and serve as the primary contact for day‑to‑day FDD execution.
  • Strengthen client relationships while mentoring associates within the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

At least 2 years’ experience in Transaction Services or another relevant field.

Chartered Accountancy or other similar professional qualification preferred, but not required.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and strong team orientation.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record in managing relationships with clients.

Experience in business development strategy is advantageous but not mandatory.
