Interpath Advisory provides critical financial advisory and restructuring services to clients globally and locally. We have a growing international presence and currently have 30 locations across the UK, Ireland, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and the Caribbean.
Interpath are excited to offer an internship opportunity for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team, gain practical experience in providing debt & capital advisory services and develop essential skills for building a successful career in the finance industry. As an Intern at Interpath, you will have the chance to support our consultants across various sectors, gaining valuable insights developing a broad commercial awareness and understanding of the challenges facing businesses today.
Our internship programme is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to contribute to real projects, gather structured feedback and learn from experienced professionals. A mentor will be assigned to you to provide continuous support, guidance and advice throughout.
Key Accountabilities- Support the delivery of ongoing Debt & Capital Advisory engagements, assisting in the drafting of reports, presentations, and key marketing materials.
- Contribute to the preparation of research and financial analysis that drive client discussions and feed into project reports / presentations.
- Participate in meetings, taking notes, and communicating summarised action items to the team.
- Work closely with senior team members, and on occasion other departments, to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution in line with engagement timescales.
- Conduct industry research to support targeting, discussions documents and proposals.
- Demonstrate proactive approach to learning about financial markets and client management while working alongside advisors.

Qualifications- Currently pursuing a degree, on track to graduate Summer 2027.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrates interest in consultancy and financial services.
