Interpath Advisory is excited to announce the opening for our Graduate Associate position in Tax as part of our 2026 graduate intake. We welcome applications from graduates of accounting, finance, commerce, and law-related disciplines.
As a pivotal player in the financial advisory and restructuring space, Interpath Advisory serves a diverse array of clients both locally and globally. With a growing presence that includes 16 offices across Ireland, the UK, France, and the Caribbean, we are looking to expand our team with talented graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in tax.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in transactional projects including M&A, restructuring, and refinancing.
- Contribute to the compliance processes for companies undergoing formal insolvencies.
- Collect and analyze information to prepare comprehensive tax reviews.
- Draft complex corporation tax returns for various companies.
- Provide insights on company reorganizations and restructuring transactions.
- Support senior team members in business development initiatives and thought leadership efforts.
- Work on complex tax controversy cases to gain deeper insights into tax law.
Your role will be dynamic and fulfilling, as you will be involved in a wide range of assignments that span multiple industries both nationally and internationally. Opportunities for overseas work may also be available.

Requirements- A minimum of a 2.1 degree from a recognized university in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a passion for tax and finance.

- Interest in pursuing professional qualifications such as ACA and AITI.
