By 2030 we aim to be one of the world's leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.
We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Director to join the Value Creation team. In this role, you will be a key part of the Integration & Separation team, delivering key aspects of large and complex I&S transactions from pre-deal to execution. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial team, and you will leverage your experience to deliver high-end programs. We are looking for individuals who are excited by the opportunity to leverage their expertise to distinguish themselves, those who find satisfaction in stepping away from conventional teams and being integral contributors, rather than getting lost in a larger system.

- Be a key member of the delivery team in integration and separation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.
- Drive numerous workstreams on projects, taking ownership of each phase of the process (discovery, design, plan, execution) leading interactions with clients in respective workstreams, and manage cross-functional teams involved in the integration and separation projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during projects and ensure that effective communication and stakeholder management is maintained throughout the projects.
- Conduct pre-deal diligence assessments to identify key synergy opportunities and develop integration plans, including day one readiness assessment.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage all aspects of project administration, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and communication.
- Manage and train junior team members to upskill them and build their experience.

- Strong knowledge of M&A processes, integration and separation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrates consistent desire to expand the thinking and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
Benefits:
At Interpath, our people lie at the heart of our business. That's why we provide employees with a competitive and comprehensive reward package including compelling salaries and a range of core and optional benefits.
