We are currently seeking a motivated 9-month Placement Intern Analyst to join our Corporate Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance and development within an agile, independent, and diverse advisory environment.
As a Placement Intern Analyst, you will support the Corporate Development team in financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of strategic materials that support Interpath's inorganic growth initiatives. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of deal execution and corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Corporate Development team across the end-to-end acquisition cycle, from target sourcing and market research through diligence, sign, close and announcement, as well as post-close integration.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments.
- Conduct market and sector research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help develop marketing pitchbooks and corporate presentations.
- Support due diligence processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
- Maintain organized databases and project documentation.
- Actively learn and contribute to the Corporate Development team’s goals.
