As a key member of our Learning and Development team based in London, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our people to reach their full potential. We’re committed to investing in professional development—ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge, tools, and support they need to succeed and grow.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on our Learning Experience Platform—InterLearn , powered by Thrive—driving engagement and innovation in how we deliver learning. You’ll also support a wide range of learning initiatives across the full learning cycle, from identifying needs and designing impactful content, to delivering and evaluating learning experiences.
Working closely with the Head of Learning, you’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio of topics—from essential foundation skills like induction and compliance, to advanced areas such as consulting, communication, and personal development. You’ll even have the chance to collaborate with world-class experts in their fields.

What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnosing Learning Needs
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to uncover what our people truly need to learn.
- Integrate those needs into existing frameworks—or recommend bold new approaches.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure learning is aligned, relevant, and impactful.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders—guiding them to the right solutions and challenging assumptions when learning isn’t the answer.
Designing & Developing Learning Experiences
- Partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and external providers to co-create engaging learning journeys.
- Shape everything from self-paced digital content to live virtual sessions and blended programmes.
- Refresh and repurpose existing content to keep it relevant and effective.
- Curate and create digital learning assets that inspire and inform.
Project Managing Learning Initiatives
- Lead the rollout of organisation-wide learning programmes—planning, scheduling, and coordinating every detail.
- Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions, including time zones, SME availability, and delegate communications.
- Own the end-to-end experience for learners—from nomination to post-programme follow-up.
- Oversee any other key learning initiatives.
- Ensure seamless delivery by managing materials, session plans, breakout rooms, and more.
Evaluating Impact
- Design smart evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
- Use insights to continuously improve our programmes and drive meaningful change.
- Share feedback and results with stakeholders to keep learning aligned with business goals.
- Ideally a recognised qualification in adult learning or CIPD certification.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience across the full learning cycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills—especially across global teams.
- Proven project management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Fluent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A flexible, agile mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with a range of learning methodologies and technologies.
- A tech-savvy approach and a willingness to explore new tools and platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and organisational skills.
- A growth mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
