This internship is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the field of valuations. The Valuations team is crucial in preparing assessments for various purposes including restructuring, litigation, and financial reporting.

As an Intern Analyst, you will collaborate with experienced professionals on real projects that will provide you with a practical understanding of valuation methodologies and exposure to various asset classes including businesses and intangible assets., * Assist in conducting research on industry trends, comparable companies, and relevant transactions.

• Support team members in the preparation of valuation reports and presentations.

• Engage in financial modeling and analysis to support valuation projects.

• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions, taking notes and summarizing action items.

• Demonstrate proactive learning about financial markets and valuation techniques while working closely with advisors.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• A keen interest in financial services, valuations, and consultancy.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
