This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our market leading team, within a successful and growing international business.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering advisory work across closure management, pre-liquidation planning and due diligence, liaising with management and advisors to identify and implement innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Managing a portfolio of MVLs from appointment to closure, ensuring statutory compliance and case progression in line with agreed timetables and budgets.
- Supporting engagement leaders and senior staff, while coaching, developing and mentoring junior team members.
- Leading business development initiatives including thought leadership, opportunity targeting, client proposals and pipeline management, whilst maintaining a professional network.
- Onboarding clients and monitoring developments in legislation, case law and best practice, recommending and implementing process improvements where appropriate.
