Which part of the business will I be joining? Interpath Restructuring Scotland – Our highly skilled Scottish team is the largest of its kind, offering bespoke solutions across the length and breadth of the country, managing a high volume of formal corporate insolvency and advisory engagements across all business sectors and with clients ranging from owner managed to PLCs. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Team and are looking for an Associate to support our client onboarding and business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the client onboarding process for the Interpath Scotland Corporate Team.
  • Work with engagement managers to complete conflict checks and onboard clients accurately and on time.
  • Track and prioritise conflict checks across a wide client portfolio using internal systems.
  • Make sure all onboarding follows current legal and technical guidelines.
  • Identify and implement improvements to onboarding processes.
  • Work with the National Risk Team to embed improvements to onboarding systems.
  • Prepare analysis and reporting to support our client targeting and work winning processes.
  • Help organise client events – book venues, arrange catering, and communicate with attendees.
  • Schedule client meetings and record updates in the CRM system.
  • Support the smooth running of the Edinburgh office – order supplies, liaise with facilities, and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Support our client facing delivery teams, as required.

  • Flexible with working hours and open to some travel (across Scotland).
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Minimum of three Highers or equivalent (Administration and IT is helpful but not required).
  • Experience in client onboarding or similar work is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM or onboarding software is also a plus.

This role includes working from Interpath offices, from home, and occasionally at other locations throughout Scotland. The first month would be four days in the office for training purposes.
