Interpath is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager in Data Analytics to join our growing Data Analytics team. As part of the Data & Technology consulting group, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive analytics solutions that drive insights and decision-making for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and excellent technical skills, combined with the ability to effectively communicate findings and collaborate with both clients and team members. You will support the development of data-driven strategies and execution of analytics projects across various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Assist in developing analytical methodologies and frameworks for client engagements.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting solutions, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for clients, effectively communicating results and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and support junior analysts within the team in their development.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a consulting or advisory context.
- University degree 2.1 or higher (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with statistical analysis methodologies and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for data analytics and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Advantageous competencies (but not essential)
- Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices.
- Experience in client-facing roles and delivering presentations.
