Interpak Ltd is a well-established protective packaging manufacturer based in High Wycombe. We supply custom-made foam packaging solutions to businesses across the UK. As a small, friendly team, we take pride in reliability, quality, and great customer service.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced 7.5 Tonne (C1) Driver to support our deliveries on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who wants consistent daytime hours with no nights out or long-distance work. You’ll typically work 3-4 days per week, driving, depending on workload, making 2 to 5 deliveries per day. You will be responsible for safely loading and unloading vehicles, representing Interpak professionally at customer sites, and supporting our workshop team when not out on deliveries. As a small manufacturing business, everyone works together. When delivery schedules allow, you’ll assist with the manufacture and preparation of our protective packaging products, helping with cutting foam, packing orders, preparing shipments and other general workshop duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out local and regional deliveries in a 7.5T vehicle or Van.
- Load and unload goods safely and securely.
- Communicate with our office/dispatch team during delivery runs.
- Complete delivery paperwork and follow company health & safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service as the face of Interpak.
- Assist with the manufacture of custom foam packaging and packing products.
- Help prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Carry out general workshop and warehouse duties as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience driving a 7.5T (C1) vehicle.
- Valid CPC (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Clean, safe driving record (maximum 1 accident in the last 3 years).
- Full UK driving licence with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to work flexibly based on business needs.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing/workshop environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Must pass a background check.
