Interopa are looking to expand our European team with candidates who are fluent speakers of either Italian or Spanish to join our Groups Bookings Reservations Department. Candidates must be native in one of the above languages and must be able to demonstrate fluency both written and spoken, as you will write daily professional emails to our clients.
Location: The role is 100% office based, London Paddington, Hyde Park, W2 3HA.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home remote.
Holidays: 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a total of 28 days annual leave a full year.
Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with group requests on a daily basis
- Invoicing and calling various suppliers, such as accommodation, transport, restaurants and events, to negotiate the rates and availability for each enquiry
- Following up to confirm the group with clients
- Preparing itineraries and tour programmes
- Booking restaurants, entrance fees, coaches, guides and similar
- Preparing invoices
- Handling the rooming list
- Preparing vouchers
- Keeping contact with agencies and suppliers
