About the role
We are hiring a Travel Operations Executive fluent in either Italian or French.
You will manage end-to-end group travel bookings, from enquiry to final delivery, ensuring every itinerary runs seamlessly.
Key responsibilities Make group travel bookings: manage enquiries, design itineraries, negotiate rates and confirm all services (hotels, transport, attractions).
Prepare proposals and quotes: draft persuasive itineraries and costings in Italian or French, apply mark-ups, calculate profit and issue invoices.
Oversee operations: maintain rooming lists, vouchers and manifests using Tour Plan software; liaise with Hotel and service suppliers and clients to ensure flawless execution.
Collaborate & innovate work with sales and product teams to develop new programmes and stay current on destination trends.
Customer excellence: deliver top-tier service, proactively resolving issues and exceeding client expectations.
About you Fluent in Italian or French and proficient in English (written and spoken).
Experience in Hotel , Tarvel Agency, travel Company, tour operations, group travel, MICE, events or hospitality is preferred.
Strong negotiation and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Comfortable with booking systems (e.g. Tour Plan)
Full knowledge on MS Office, Outlook ect.
Knowledge of UK & Ireland as tourist travel destinations.
