Are you an experienced ROV professional looking for your next challenge? Interocean Marine Services is seeking a skilled ROV Supervisor to lead offshore operations and ensure the safe and efficient performance of ROV systems.
This hybrid role includes onshore planning and project coordination, with travel to offshore sites, as required, to ensure the effective delivery of our ROV operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise ROV pilots and technicians during offshore operations.
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and performance of ROV systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manage operational risks.
- Coordinate technical troubleshooting and ensure efficient ROV operations.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
- IMCA ROV Supervisor certification.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in ROV operations and maintenance, specifically utilising observation, inspection and light work class ROVs in the offshore energy and wind sectors.
- Expertise in ROV systems, including hydraulics, electrical components, and navigation.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- BOSIET / HUET & OGUK Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Experience in offshore environments (oil & gas, marine research, underwater construction).
