We are seeking a motivated Commercial Graduate to join our team at Interocean Marine Services Limited.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Support the business development team by generating leads and preparing marketing materials.
- Support the bid and proposal development process by assisting in preparation, review and management of tenders, questionnaires and registrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects to improve service offerings and client engagement.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in commercial practices.
- Monitor and analyse company performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Understanding of basic commercial principles and concepts is preferred.
