We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a safe and organised working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Carry out deliveries to/from suppliers and clients
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and secure
  • Support other logistics and operational tasks as required
  • Must have a driver\’s license
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
  • Forklift certification (if applicable) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
