OWN-KIND is a fashion tech start‑up that offers services to retailers and private clients. We build platforms that allow Sales Associates to create outfit collages and lookbooks in a matter of seconds. Simultaneously, we gather client insights — data of high value for Business and Client relationship. We are currently working with a number of big fashion retailers from around the globe building bespoke platforms.
What you will be doing: Owning an integral part in our company’s product development process, you will help create a fashion tech platform that is of high value to businesses. Joining a start‑up is a great opportunity to wear many different hats and the collaborative environment allows you to learn on-the-job skills.
A day-to-day responsibilities are:
- Building apps/website prototypes (wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes)
- Analyzing and building elegant solutions to complex workflows for the best possible UX
- UX testing (internal and external)
- Collaborating with the team, ensuring UX meets the requirements and expectations
- Testing across all of our platforms
- Preparing decks for demos and pitches
- Creating graphic assets using Adobe
- Designing layouts
Characteristics of an ideal candidate:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop and InDesign – Adobe XD is a major plus)
- Able to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability and attention to detail
- Able to work on multiple projects at once
- Self‑driven (as the team is working remotely for the time being)
- Available as soon as possible
