Handpicked Recruitment is a specialist Finance recruiter for the Shipping and Oil & Gas industries with offices in Brick Lane and Southgate, north London. We are currently seeking a bright and spirited intern with a strong academic background to join the recruitment team. The role will be based in our Southgate office.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting the team with sourcing suitable accountancy candidates for clients using various job boards (LinkedIn, E-Financial, Reed, Total Jobs, CV Library, etc.)
- Placing adverts across our job boards ensuring no grammatical errors are made
- Liaising with clients to coordinate candidate interviews
- Maintenance of the company’s website, social media & digital marketing
- Generating leads for the recruitment industry using different email and telephone methods (business development training will be provided)
- General admin and other ad hoc tasks
Key requirements
- Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- A tenacious “can do” attitude
