We are an engineering firm operating in-space propulsion, currently developing ion propulsion systems for the European Space Agency. We are seeking a Physics Simulations intern.
Responsibilities
- Initiate simulation environments and utilize lab codes (preferably ecromagnetics, materials science, transport).
- Validate and implement software systems.
- Conduct additional PhD-level research in alignment with company needs.
Qualifications
- PhD or MSc in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other physics & computation rich disciplines.
- Strong technical skills and experience designing and operating simulations based on lab codes (preferably ecromagnetics, materials science, transport).
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under time pressure.
- Ability to learn new topics quickly.
- Excellent organisational and development skills.
