The Personal Assistant Intern will support the Head of Interior Design with a wide range of administrative and project‑related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently to support the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Interior Design, including scheduling meetings, managing email and phone correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Assist with project coordination and management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and communicating with clients and other project stakeholders.
  • Research and gather information on materials, suppliers, and other resources to support the design process.
  • Help with the preparation of design presentations and proposals, including creating presentations, graphics, and other materials.
  • Help with project cost estimates, budgets, and invoicing.
  • Provide support in the coordination of installation and delivery of projects.
  • Assist with general office administration and organization, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education and Experience
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for interior design and home decor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

This is a full‑time or part‑time unpaid internship, with the opportunity for conversion to a paid position based on performance and availability.
