We are looking for a committed full-time personal assistant with strong attention to detail to join our team. The personal assistant will work directly with the co-owner of OMNI and help them manage her personal and professional life. The role is based in West London. At OMNI Wellness Group we create wellness retreats, run meal prep delivery, PT sessions, Nutritional Consultations, Online Coaching, Corporate Packages & Gym Management, Private Chefs for residents / retreats / events and more. This role requires creative problem solving, strategy, discipline, making decisions under pressure, motivation, focused attention span and time management. Our perfect candidate will have all those qualities!

About the Role

  • Work with the directors to help them manage both her personal and professional life
  • Manage the director's diaries and schedule
  • Manage meal prep delivery admin
  • Help the directors meet their deadlines and manage their daily tasks
  • Book appointments
  • Collect, sort and organise all client weekly tasks
  • Help make weekly reports for clients
  • Help with budgeting and preparing reports
  • Typing and data entry
  • Help with organising files and paperwork
  • Help to create presentations

About You - must Have

  • Available to work Mon-Friday - 10am-7pm
  • Full professional fluency in English
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be highly organised
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Be able to work with confidential documents
  • Be computer literate and working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Docs
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Have a customer focused approach
  • Be able to work on own initiative, be efficient, flexible, reliable and keen to develop skills and experience
  • Willingness to learn
