Our client, a growing charity foundation, is looking for an operations assistant to cover operations staff holiday on a temporary basis. The Operations Assistant will receive training and handover from the Operations Manager to ensure successful running of their co‑working space, giving clients/guests the highest level of customer service, resolving any issues that occur in the space and leaving them feeling supported and satisfied with the outcome.
Responsibilities
- Daily opening of the building and regular building walk rounds throughout the day to ensure the Centre is as it should be.
- Assisting clients and acting as their first point of contact.
- Reporting any major problems or maintenance issues which require special assistance to the operations manager.
- Ensuring that Health and Safety/ Fire Safety Procedures are regularly being adhered to, and that both staff and clients are also aware of their responsibilities.
- Administrative duties for the centre including keeping client files up to date, internal phone lists, etc.
- Supporting with planning and executing events.
- Keeping on top of stock control and reporting back to the operations manager anything that needs to be ordered.
