Marketing Interns (x 2) sought for our fabulous start-up delicatessen & cafe on the Kings Road, Chelsea. We are bursting to tell the story of how our Italian owner, Ennio, was inspired to source beautiful, artisanal food products from sustainable sources across Italy! Having opened the doors of our stunning shop earlier this year, we now need to turn up the heat in nailing our marketing strategy, driving footfall from Social Media in particular. That is why we need your help please!

Role

  • Create a marketing strategy
  • Benchmark ourselves against competitors
  • Develop customer offerings including special offers and product bundles
  • Create events and drive customer attendance (e.g. food and wine tastings & talks about the provenance of our products and the amazing producers)
  • Complete our website (re-design it if you say so!)
  • Consider online ordering and delivery
  • Manage and grow our social media channels, particularly Instagram

About You

  • Likely a student of a marketing diploma/degree
  • Has a keen interest in social media
  • Can write engaging copy
  • Highly organised
  • Happy to share brilliance with others! (We are keen to engage 2 marketeers so you can spark off each other)
  • Can spare a few hours a week (time hours and split between shop and home-working discussed)
