Reports to: Marketing Manager

Role: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our growing team. This role will provide support across all teams including Marketing, Sales & Growth, assisting with administrative support across teams and the execution of marketing-specific activations, events, and trend research. The ideal candidate is highly organised, curious about the skincare and beauty market, and excited to contribute to a team dedicated to driving real skin transformations for our community. This is the perfect role for someone just starting their beauty marketing career to build breadth of marketing experience with one of the fastest growing skincare brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Operations Support
    • Raise purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner
    • Place orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders
    • Track orders and deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met
    • Receive and log deliveries, flagging discrepancies where needed
    • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery statuses
    • Support general admin tasks across teams as required
  • Product & Marketing Support
    • Coordinate product send-outs for PR, influencers, partners, and internal use
    • Manage product ordering for marketing, PR, and events
    • Maintain stock visibility for marketing and sample needs
    • Manage product set up with new line forms and system uploads
    • Support product development sample management and follow ups with vendors
    • Support marketing activations and events, including logistics and materials
    • Assist with planning and execution of launches and brand activations including toolkit updates and creative asset management
  • Marketing Research & Competitor Tracking
    • Track competitor activity including product launches, pricing, messaging, and campaigns
    • Conduct research to support marketing and product strategy
    • Maintain competitor and market insight documents
    • Support ad hoc research projects for the marketing team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Studying for or achieved bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools and CRM platforms is a plus
  • Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and consumer‑focused marketing
