We are an M&A boutique advisory firm based in London with partners also across Europe. We provide advisory services to tech start‑ups/companies that are raising venture capital funding or looking to be acquired. We focus on companies in industry verticals such as FinTech, Mobility, Cybersecurity, Big Data and more.
We are looking for an intern to join us for ideally 4‑6 months to assist the team working across our offices on our active mandates and prospective ones.
Role and Responsibilities- Assist in building target lists of potential investors/acquirers
- Creating material for pitch decks to be presented to potential investors/acquirers
- Researching industries and venture capital activity
- Supporting sales pipeline
- Ad‑hoc projects as part of a tight‑knit team
- Work 4 days per week
- Top‑tier university degree across any of Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, etc.
- MS Office skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communication skills – interact with C-level executives
- Interest in startups, venture capital, and preferably our industry verticals
- Must be able to work remotely (+ 2 days per week in the office in Old Street)
- English fluent and at least one of French or Spanish
- Salary to be discussed
