Unpaid Sustainability Social Media Intern (Expenses Covered) – 3 months with a view to permanent. FREIM Studio is a social media marketing live streaming specialist, looking for an enthusiastic sustainability social media intern to join our growing team of marketers. At FREIM there are plenty of opportunities to learn from the rest of the team, receive guidance and mentorship, gain valuable practical experience, develop skills and grow your confidence. One day you’ll be designing posts for a social media campaign, and the next you’ll be helping to launch an exciting event – at FREIM, no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and build a career in social media marketing. Your day‑to‑day activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating social media content
  • Planning and executing campaigns
  • Monitoring social platforms
  • Writing copy for newsletters and blogs

Experience We Can Give You

You will understand the social media process from strategy through implementation to analytics and ROI, as it is applied in a commercial organization. Work with a team based across the globe in London, Madrid and China, learning about what they do and assisting them on various projects. Build your portfolio of writing, infographics, graphics, illustrations, video and photography, and the art of story‑telling. A great foundation for future work within the sustainability, HR, marketing or branding departments of any company.

Your Key Activities

  • Create content for FREIM’s social media accounts and other social media accounts for agencies within The Honey Partnership.
  • Create newsletters and blogs on sustainability and UN SDG‑focused topics.
  • Conduct research on competitors and keep track of analytics.
  • Provide creative outlooks and input on social media design ideas.
  • Put forward and execute new ideas relating to sustainability and social media.

Key Information

FREIM has a hybrid working approach. We have an office based near Shoreditch, London, where you can be based from. Typically you will be expected to attend the office three days per week and be based at home for the rest of the time (unless you would prefer to be fully at the office). You will report directly to our Digital Producer and UN SDG Evangelist who will help you with day‑to‑day activities. This role is expected to begin in October/November, but we will be flexible for the right candidate.
