As a Social Media and Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media and content strategies for our clients. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of both social media and content marketing. You will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing data to measure the success of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media and content strategies for clients across various industries.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media and content strategies.
- Analyze data and provide insights to measure the success of social media and content campaigns.
- Monitor and report on social media and content performance to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and updates in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to continuously improve our services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media and content marketing.
