Our growing business would like to take on a Sales & Marketing Intern for 3 months. The successful candidate is either enrolled full‐time at university or has just left university and is looking for work experience. We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join our small team and work alongside the Founder. When circumstances allow, there will be an opportunity to meet up regularly in London to work alongside the Founder. We will provide guidance and support as well as the opportunity to understand our industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience.

Skills required:

  • Confident to make sales calls to potential clients and customers and win new business.
  • Familiar with social media strategies and platforms.
  • Ability to multi‐task and take the initiative.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Have a hardworking and dedicated outlook.
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
  • Experience with marketing content creation is an added plus.

Job description:

  • Manage social media platforms, send out messages, and have the opportunity to blog.
  • Contact HR leaders regarding our Training & Recruitment Services.
  • Build a temp book of EAs & PAs available for work and work with the Founder on creating a temp pool to promote to companies targeting the insurance & financial services industry.
  • Contact potential supplier partners, e.g. corporate gifting, etc., to sign up as trusted partners.
  • Earn commission on sales made.
  • Email and call training enquiries and encourage them to book on our E‐learning programmes and our open courses.
  • Assist with MailChimp marketing.
