We are offering a paid internship for students currently enrolled on a RICS-accredited real estate or property-related degree. Whether you're looking for a year-in-industry placement or part-time experience alongside your studies, this role will give you real-world exposure to commercial surveying and prepare you for the APC process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the agency team with property listings, marketing, and viewings
  • Assist in market research, comparables and due diligence
  • Shadow and support surveyors during inspections and negotiations
  • Contribute to client reports, investment appraisals, and landlord updates
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and client briefings
