Responsibilities include managing the company's social media channels and editorial content writing, assisting with sales and marketing and digital PR campaigns, and carrying out social media management, editorial content writing, sales and marketing, and digital PR duties as required.
Key tasks involve:
- Compiling and preparing PR, marketing, and media reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing the company and director's social media and other administrative tasks.
- Supporting the company and director on a day-to-day basis, including ad hoc administration duties.
- Capturing, alerting, and monitoring important media, PR, and marketing issues for follow-up.
- Weekly and monthly media, PR, and marketing reporting to the Director.
- Assisting in the management of multiple media, PR, and marketing projects as assigned by the Director.
- Building a contact list database of new and existing music websites/blogs, UK-wide radio presenters, and producers.
- Building a contact list database of exciting new and emerging artists for potential online PR clients.
- Managing databases of potential PR clients, online press, radio producers, presenters, and DJs.
- Pitching digital PR services to potential clients.
- Building relationships for WPGM PR with online press and radio contacts.
- Monitoring and reporting on existing digital PR campaigns.
- Capturing screenshots of blog/press coverage from UK online PR campaigns and collating this information.
- Providing social media updates about existing press campaigns.
- Developing new markets and clientele for PR services and media content.
- Selling and marketing WPGM's PR services and media platform to artists, music executives, record labels, advertisers, sponsors, and corporate clients.
- Generating new ideas to drive PR client acquisition.
- Seeking and securing sponsorship and advertising for online media platforms and content.
- Creating brand campaigns and promotional plans to increase awareness of WPGM's brand.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to drive engagement in media content and PR services.
- Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to promote WPGM's media and PR businesses.
- Improving the presence of WPGM's PR services and media brand globally.
- Liaising and networking with stakeholders including sponsors, advertisers, and PR clients.
