About the Company
Tideturner Films is an independent documentary film production company, producing films that spark change and turn the tide on injustice. This year, the company will release its first feature documentary, I Am Belmaya, an inspirational tale of a young woman in patriarchal Nepal who takes the movie camera into her own hands to transform her life.
Responsibilities
- Helping create the strategy for promoting I Am Belmaya, growing brand awareness, reaching new audiences and growing followers.
- Working across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts.
- Composing engaging posts, e.g., cut‐down short videos, photographs with a message, texts.
- Researching and optimising hashtags.
- Redesigning and developing the Tideturner Films website (currently rarely used).
- Optimising and potentially further developing the active I Am Belmaya film website.
- SEO.
- Potential for working on publicity, fundraising, promotional materials, independent screenings and other areas as this film nears its release at festivals and cinemas.

- Interest in film and filmmaking a plus.

Work Schedule
