We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Admin Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the marketing and administrative field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors
- Create and manage social media content and campaigns across various platforms
- Coordinate and attend marketing events, such as trade shows and conferences
- Support the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with the preparation of marketing reports and presentations
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements
