Ches Editions is a luxury beauty brand redefining clean beauty through high-performance, naturally derived formulations, elevated design and a strong editorial identity. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to partake in our 2026 mentorship programme; during which you will actively get to experience being a part of expanding the brand globally across salons, retailers and strategic partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in luxury beauty, entrepreneurship, retail strategy, and brand growth to work directly alongside the founder during a key growth phase of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching luxury salons, retailers and potential stockists globally
- Assisting with wholesale and partnership outreach
- Building and maintaining retailer/contact databases
- Building and supporting Email Marketing campaigns and sales communications
- Assisting with partnership proposals and presentations
- Researching market opportunities and competitor activity
- Supporting Ad content across platforms
- Supporting broader growth strategy discussions

Details
- 3 month mentorship program. Please note: this opportunity is only available to those who reside in or can be physically present to partake in SW London. As the opportunity may extend to a more permanent role for the right candidate, you must also have full rights to reside and work in the UK.
Compensation
- No financial compensation for our training programmes. Travel and food expenses will be covered. Commission incentives will also be available with the opportunity for the role to develop into an ongoing freelance or retained position for the right candidate.
