Luxury Beauty Social Media and PR Mentorship Programme

Ches Editions, the Clean Luxury beauty house known for its award winning formula, The Ultimate Oil for Hair, as featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Harper's Bazaar, has had two spots open up on its 2026 Mentorship Programme.
The brand's annual programme is a free, educational programme set in the heart of SW London, for best in class budding talents looking to develop their skills and go on to work with luxury brands or, if successful, join CHES Editions in a part time or full time role on graduation from the programme.
You will work directly with the founder and get to experience first hand, the inner workings of the brand, including its media properties and product launches.
- Programme Topics
- PR: writing press releases, organising press and VIP events, working with targeted influencers and innovative PR strategy tailored to a luxury beauty house.
- Social Media: content creation across different platforms, editing, working with influencers, creating strategic social media campaigns.
- Marketing: conceptualizing Ad campaigns across TV and social platforms; from the editorial concept, to e-commerce strategy.

To be considered you must
- Be proficient in content creation.
- Use social media.
- Be comfortable on camera.
- Be detail orientated.
Candidates must also be based in London as the programme is on site, 3 days per week and runs for 3 months. Travel (within London) and food expenses are covered.
