TechRound is fast becoming one of the UK's most popular online startup platforms, with startup news and guides. We are looking for journalists who can help us take the next step, assisting us with increased output and campaign creation and delivery. This position promises to be challenging yet exciting and is focused on in-depth research in the startup industry, writing articles, website content, and pitch decks; all whilst learning and working with an experienced digital marketing team very well connected within the UK startup scene.

You will be involved in both new and existing projects with a strong focus on the creation of content, articles and wider marketing campaigns for TechRound, as well as the startups we work with. You will be working alongside our digital team and co-founders who will provide training and guidance as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with increased output and campaign creation and delivery.
  • Researching a range of topics and companies.
  • Writing news, blog and website content.
  • Creating pitch decks.
  • Writing engaging storytelling.
  • Working in a fast-paced company.
Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with open-source CMS (additional training will be provided).
  • Immediate start.
  • Full-time or part-time availability.
