Elth enables beauty professionals to sell beauty goods and earn generous commissions, without buying or holding inventory. With Elth, professionals in beauty can:
- Recommend as many products as they like from a selection of multiple brands and have the option to change them at any time.
- Not have to buy stock, worry about shelf life or handle the logistics to the end customer.
- Have a bespoke online shop sharing top recommendations, without having to build one.
- Generate an additional revenue line by up-selling Elth products to their customers and earn generous commissions.
As our platform has recently gone live with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and already has multiple customers, we want to constantly improve its interface and commercial processes. As Elth is a young startup, you will be working closely with the founders and the team. You will also have the opportunity to be empowered, to deepen your knowledge in merchandising, accounting processes and business development - and thus gain valuable hands-on experience.
Your mission under the direct supervision of one of the founders, your role will be to manage the development of Elth's merchandising, develop our business and assist the founders with their day-to-day activities. Your main missions will be to:
- Manage product pages on our e-commerce
- Optimize the placement of products from our partner brands
- Optimize the look and feel of the platform (images, designs, UX)
- Accounts payouts and relationship management
- Onboarding of new brands onto the platform
- Discover and reach out to new brands to join the platform
- Research into new beauty groups and communities
- Social media planning
Desired profile: You are curious, dynamic, creative and autonomous. Happy to work from home and with an international team. Aware of the stakes of a startup and motivated by the challenges. Knowledgeable about e-commerce and sales. Passionate about the beauty industry. Organized and efficient.
Level of studies: 2 years of university in one of the following fields: Accounting, Marketing, Business. Some previous work experience is mandatory. Excellent level of English required.
