HR Intern responsibilities include:

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gather payroll data such as working hours, leaves, and bank accounts
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Maintain our training matrix, ensuring staff training is up to date
  • Monitor policy and procedure expirations
  • Order office equipment and stationery
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., training budgets by department)
  • Address employee queries about benefits (e.g., remaining vacation days)
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital or hard copy formats
  • Participate in organizing company events and career days

Requirements:

  • Experience as an admin officer or similar junior HR role is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office, Excel
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Basic knowledge of safeguarding children and young people legislation
  • Organizational skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field (not essential)
  • Proactive, self-starter
  • Able to use own initiative
