We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality & Event Management Intern/Placement. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Assist in venue management, including set-up and breakdown of events
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for event themes, decorations, and entertainment
- Assist in creating event timelines and schedules
- Attend and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Assist in marketing and promoting events through various channels
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
