Salary: £1000 + Travel

Responsibilities:

  • Address day-to-day traveller and guest inquiries received by the guest services team as the main point of contact for the business traveller.
  • Handle client accommodation requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with serviced apartment properties and relevant stakeholders to meet guest requests promptly and to high standards.
  • Manage any changes to stays – such as cancellations and extensions.
  • Follow operational protocols to complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as required by the management team.
  • Suggest process improvements and implement best practice.

Desirable skills, qualities, and experience:

  • At least six months of prior experience in a customer/guest services position.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Outstanding communication capabilities.
  • Self‑driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Proficient problem‑solving skills.
  • Task prioritisation and adjusting approach as needed.
  • Guest services experience: 1 year (preferred).
  • Hospitality experience: 1 year (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Valid work visa for the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence preferable.
  • The successful candidate must pass a background verification.
