As we expand globally with an increased product range we are investing heavily in improving our products, customer journeys, technology and marketing. As part of this growth, we are looking for an ambitious Graduate Full Stack Developer who has the ability to think commercially and has the technical skills to help us improve our customer and user experience. You will work on real projects that directly impact customer experience, bookings, conversion and business growth. We provide hands-on exposure across development, UX, design implementation and digital optimisation while working closely with leadership and commercial teams.
Responsibilities:- Building and improving front-end pages and components
- Translating high-fidelity designs into responsive web pages
- Supporting the development of new platform features and digital tools
- Improving website usability and customer experience
- Optimising pages for performance and SEO
- Testing and refining designs across desktop and mobile
- Supporting ongoing website improvements and troubleshooting
- Contributing ideas to improve digital products and workflows
