Our brand is continually moving in the quick space that is marketing; we need a vibrant and dynamic marketing enthusiast to join our team and take our social media channels to the next level. A true storyteller eager to learn how to manage campaigns end‐to‐end and ensure they come to life across all channels seamlessly. Strong knowledge of all existing social channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), with an eye for upcoming ones. This exciting new role will be integral to cutting through the noise and curating impactful content.

You will work directly with the Marketing Executive, supported by the Marketing and our marketing partners, to create an innovative, world‐class, multi‐channel social offering for our customers. - Measure, report and analyse the performance of campaigns across channels.
- Proactively carry out a regular competitor and consumer trend analysis.
- Understand social KPIs and provide insights and guidance to the business.
- Own and develop the content calendar, working with the Marketing Executive and internal/external stakeholders to project manage campaigns, from conception to implementation.
- Coordinate content, ensuring a joined‐up cohesive approach to all activity.
- Use existing and new social channels (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) to drive the brand forward, captivating existing customers and appealing to new audiences.
- Research new developments in social media, communicate your findings to the team and develop ideas based on your findings.
- Develop recommendations on how to strengthen brand campaigns and key messages, encouraging user‐generated content and community conversations.
- Build our community to be brand fans through engaging initiatives and giveaways.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to build and develop a social media content strategy, which will be vital in bringing the evolution of our brand to life.
- Identify and react quickly, grasping opportunities when they arise.
- Coordinate with our Buying team to identify opportunities in the trading calendar for supplier‐funded campaigns.
- Understanding of social media platforms and audiences.
- An excellent team player who enjoys working with others.
- Confident user of MS Office and all social media platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Highly organised, detail‐oriented, and able to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
