HostHelp is a hosting comparison platform looking to grow its community. We need a Community Manager to act as a bridge between the brand and its audience. The Community Manager will engage with potential and existing customers, gauge sentiment, and build a loyal community.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organise community events (webinars, talks, and other types of events that bring new members).
  • Create and maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate community.
  • Drive engagement with the community through social media, forums, and other engagements.
  • Increase brand awareness by compiling stories from the community and highlighting them to the company's social channels.
  • Educate members on relevant topics such as product updates, changes in service offerings, or best practices.
  • Respond to customer questions or complaints appropriately and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback back to the Management team to help prioritize development efforts.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive customer service efforts.
