Accountabilities

  • Setting up a catalogue of 2,000 products
  • Collecting, editing and optimising written product data and description content from suppliers
  • Sourcing imagery for brands
  • Catalogue management relating to enhanced content and marketing support
  • Data uploading including CSVs to platforms
  • Supporting promotion and event planning from a catalogue perspective
  • Supporting the data requirements for product set up, purchase orders, inventory management and sales
  • Liaising with internal key stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
  • Working closely with suppliers and wholesalers to ensure product information flow is efficient and deadlines met

Previous Experience (Preferred)

  • Product data and content
  • Worked in an eCommerce environment
  • Product management systems (CMS) and a good level of MS Excel (Sorting, Pivot, formatting and shortcuts)
